A sculptural and expressive piece of contemporary British studio glass by Jane Charles, this vase features a bold blue body flanked by clear glass “wings”, creating a striking, almost architectural silhouette. Just below the rim, a subtle iridescent band shimmers with flashes of colour and is finished with etched detailing, adding texture and light-play to the form.
The vase is signed by the artist and stands at approximately 18cm tall. A small chip to the base is present (as shown in the photos), but it does not detract from the visual impact of the piece when displayed. A distinctive and beautifully made example of Jane Charles’ work.
